Coaching approach

“Your vision will become clear only when you look into your heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakens.”

Carl Jung

I work with people of all ages and experience, from C-suite leaders to people at the start of their careers or those considering a change of direction.

I have developed a coaching framework designed to help you get clarity on your values, goals and what really matters to you, to stretch your thinking, build confidence, and deliver lasting meaningful change. I call it the Four C Framework.

Clarify → Challenge → Confidence → Change.png

The Four C Framework

1. Clarify

  • Define your values, priorities and goals.

  • Explore ‘who you are’ at work - your style and its impact.

  • Establish what success looks like for you and how to measure it.

2. Challenge

  • Identify any unhelpful thinking patterns and barriers to success.

  • Question assumptions and explore new perspectives.

  • Unlock new ideas and solutions.

3. Confidence

  • Strengthen your self-awareness and leadership presence.

  • Build confidence to help you make decisions and lead effectively.

  • Equip you with tools to stay resilient under pressure.

4. Change

  • Turn this new insight and confidence into practical action.

  • Create an action plan.

  • Move forward with measurable impact for you and your organisation.

By moving through these four steps together, we’ll help you shift how you think and feel as an individual, but also create the resilience, focus, and drive to deliver meaningful results for yourself, your team and those around you.

Ways of working, confidentiality and boundaries

I do not have a one size fits all approach! I always work in partnership with my clients and work with them, in the way that best suits them. When I meet each candidate at an initial session, we explore how they like to work and learn about themselves. Through experience, I find that people like to work in different ways. Some prefer a very structured approach – others like more flexibility to bring what they need. Some would rather a ‘listening and talking’ approach, others like to try creative or experiential routes. I can also work with tools like, for example, Strengths Finder.

It’s important to stress that I work in accordance with ICF ethics and rules. The content of client sessions remains strictly confidential and cannot be shared as the client coach relationship needs to be perfectly safe and confidential for it to be effective.
